Return & Exchange Policy

At perfumes.llc, we work hard to provide our customers with high-quality fragrances. Please feel free to return or exchange your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason.

Returns

  • Orders must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Unopened, unused, and original packaging is required.
  • Hygiene reasons prevent returning products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • We can assist you with your return by contacting our customer service team at info@perfumes.llc.
  • We'll send you instructions on how to return a product once it's approved.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns unless the product is damaged or faulty.

Refunds

  • Prepare your original order number.
  • To reach our customer service team 24/7, please send an email to info@perfumes.llc 
  • Upon approval of your return/refund, you will be notified via email.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Costs associated with shipping are not refundable. A refund will be issued after the return shipping costs are deducted.
  • Custom and personalized (engraved) items cannot be returned or refunded. Payment is required in full for custom orders.
  • There are no refunds on sale or discounted items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference, at no extra cost to you.
